My name is Jay Suarez, and I am a Certified Master Inspector through InterNACHI with over 20 years of experience in the skilled trades. Throughout my career, I’ve honed my expertise across a variety of disciplines, including carpentry, electrical work, masonry, and plumbing. This broad skill set allows me to thoroughly inspect homes and identify issues that others might miss.
At Suarez Home Inspections, we are committed to providing you with the highest level of service. My passion for learning and growth has driven me to continue my education, taking skilled trades courses at Macomb Community College, as well as earning Continuing Education (CE) credits to stay up-to-date with the latest industry standards and best practices. This ensures that every inspection I conduct is based on the most current knowledge available.
